Is VaultBox free?
Yes — free for unlimited passwords and notes on one device. A one-time upgrade unlocks cross-device sync and shared vaults.
What happens if I forget my master password?
Your vault is encrypted with a key derived from it, so we can't reset it. Save the recovery kit during setup and you'll always have a way back in.
Can VaultBox see my data?
No. Items are encrypted on your device before sync, and the key never leaves it. We store ciphertext we cannot open.
